Jaya Associates was formed in 2003 with a focus on helping leaders, teams and organizations perform at a higher level.  We've had the pleasure of working with, and learning from, leaders and teams in organizations ranging from early stage startups to large multinational corporations.  We continue to improve our practices and add new tools as our collective knowledge of organizational behavior continues to evolve. Sandy Cheng

Whether working to improve team effectiveness, implementing a strategic planning process or coaching a leader, I focus on results and impact. I’ve had roles in healthcare, technology, media and consulting and worked across multiple cultures and geographies. I bring with me a large and diverse ‘toolkit’, ranging from an MBTI certification to team development and visual facilitation techniques.

My areas of specialization include: leadership development and coaching, team development, change management, visual facilitation, experiential learning design and meeting facilitation.

Yoav Harlev

I work to enhance leadership capacity in a fast changing environment through a coaching methodology that's grounded in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and my own professional experience. I have spent two decades leading global teams in large complex organizations and advising leaders across a range of business functions and geographies.

As an executive in Fortune 500 companies, I focused on improving leadership from the C-Suite to the front lines. I designed and implemented programs and processes including Leadership Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Culture Change and Team Effectiveness.
